Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after dispatch. Remote regions, customs checks, or peak holiday periods can occasionally take up to 30 business days.
Christmas Orders
For delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 1 December.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking details can take a few days to update after dispatch.
