Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. You do not need to send the item back. We will send a replacement or a full refund after reviewing your photos.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship it or give you a full refund.
Changed Your Mind
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first at turanenterpriseltduk@gmail.com — we will give you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
